Heard Mr. R. Goswami, learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal is an appeal under Section 173 of the M.V. Act, 1988 against the judgment and award dated 02.06.2025 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Goalpara in MAC Case No. 521/2021, filed under Section 166 of the M.V. Act, 1988.

Mr. Goswami, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the present appeal has been filed challenging as to whether the victim sustained the injuries out of RTA or not.

Admit this appeal.

The appellant shall take steps for service of notice on the respondents by Registered post with A/D as well as through usual process within a period of one week from today.

Call for the TCR.

List this matter after the ensuing Puja Vacation, on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
