This is an application filed under Section 415 of the BNSS, 2023 challenging the Judgment & Order dated 15.09.2025 passed by the learned Session Judge, Barpeta in Sessions Case No. 61 of 2025 by which the appellant was convicted under Section 140(3) 127(2) as well as Section 64(1) of BNS, 2023 and was sentence to undergo R.I for 3 years with fine and default stipulation under Section 140(3) BNS, R.I for 1 year with fine and default stipulation under Section 127(2) of BNS as well as R.I for 10 years with fine and default stipulation under Section 64(1) BNS.
