Mr. N.J. Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the Page No.# 2/2

seizure list, the contraband has been mentioned as Opium/Poppy seeds and in this context submits as to whether the said Poppy seeds would come within the ambit of NDPS. The learned counsel seeks to place a judgment in this regard and prays for some time in this regard.

Prayer is allowed.
