We have heard Mr. A.K. Sahewalla, learned Advocate for the applicants/appellants and Mr. D. Kalita, learned Advocate for the respondent.

After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicants/appellants for condoning the delay of 4 days in preferring the connected appeal.

We, therefore, condone the delay.
