This is an appeal filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, against the Judgment and Award dated 19.03.2025 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Chirang, Kajalgaon in MAC. Case No. 25/2022, challenging the quantum of compensation.
