This is an appeal preferred from Jail against the judgment dated 21.08.2024 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Sivasagar in Sessions 47(S-S) of 2022; (i) u/s 302 IPC to undergo R.I. for life and also to pay a fine of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) i/d to S.I. for another 6 (six) months, (ii) Page No.# 2/2

u/s 307 IPC to undergo R.I. for 10 (ten) years and also to pay a fine of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) i/d to S.I. for 2 (two) months.
