1. Heard Ms. L Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. J Sarmah, learned counsel for the respondent No 1-4.
2. The applicant/respondent herein is the respondent in the connected Mat.App./34/2018.
3. This is an application praying for grant of some time to the applicant to pay the balance amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- out of Rs. 8,00,000/- which was directed to be paid vide judgment and order dated 25.11.2024 passed in Mat.App./34/2018 (disposed).
4. Ms. L Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the applicant/respondent was directed to pay an amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- in three installments within a period of 6 months by the order dated 25.11.2024 in Mat.App./34/2018.

5. It is stated that the applicant/respondent has already paid Rs. 5,00,000/- out of the amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- and the balance amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- is remaining.
6. The applicant/respondent submits that he has been suffering from health problems due to which he had been admitted in hospital and various nursing homes and he had to also bear a huge amount towards bills of the private hospitals. It is therefore, prayed that this Court may allow him some more time to pay the remaining balance of Rs. 3,00,000/- to the respondent.
7. The learned counsel for the respondent has prayed that the matter may be listed in the month of September. However, this Court is of the view that for the ends of justice, the applicant/respondent is allowed some more time and the matter be listed on 13.10.2025 before which date the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- shall be deposited.
