Heard Ms. R. D. Mozumdar, learned counsel for the appellant Insurance Company.

This appeal has been preferred by the appellants under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, against the judgment & award, dated 18.06.2024, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal No. 1, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati, in MAC Case No. 422/2016.

The appeal is admitted for hearing.
