This is an application under Section 389 Cr.P.C. for suspension of sentence pending appeal against the judgment dated 27.04.2022, passed by the learned Session judge, Golaghat in Sessions Case No. 62/2016 whereby the accused/appellant was convicted and sentenced to undergo R.I. for 10 years under Section 376(2)(k) IPC with fie of Rs.10,000/- with default stipulation.

Learned Addl. P.P. prays for two weeks time to file objection which is allowed.
