Heard Mr. S.K.Goswami, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant/ appellant.

By this interlocutory application filed under Order 41 Rule 5 r/w Section 151 of the CPC, the applicant has prayed for stay/ operation against the impugned Judgment and order, dated 10.03.2023 passed by this court in MAC Appeal No. 401/2017.

Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the grounds stated in the application, this court is inclined to stay the operation of the impugned Judgment and order, dated 10.03.2023 passed by this court in MAC Appeal No. 401/2017 subject to payment of the balance amount of the original award by the tribunal.

The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
