Heard Mr. D. Das, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. P.R Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M.R Adhikari, learned CGC appearing for the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3.

2. The order dated 06.10.2023, passed by the Disciplinary Authority, by which the service of the petitioner was terminated and the order dated 02.02.2024, thereby rejecting the appeal of the petitioner are assailed in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2. Issue notice returnable on 07.08.2024.

3. Requisite extra copies of the writ petition be served on learned CGC within 2 (two) days.
