2. This is an appeal preferred by the appellant from jail under Section 383 Cr.P.C read with Section 374 Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order dated Page No.# 2/2

11.08.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC-1) at Margherita in Sessions Case no. 103(M)/2011, under Sections 302/34 IPC.

3. The appeal is admitted for hearing.
