This is an appeal under section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and award dated 03.10.2023 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Tinsukia in MAC Case No.32/2020.

The appeal is admitted for hearing. Issue notice, returnable after 4 (four) weeks. The learned counsel for the appellant has prayed that he may be allowed to take steps by way of dasti only.
