The matter has been listed at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

It is submitted that this Court has wrongly recorded his name as Mr. J. Das instead of Mr. KM Hassan. Accordingly, it is prayed that it may be recorded that the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 is Mr. KM Hassan and not Mr. J. Das. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, it is clarified that the learned counsel who had appeared on behalf of respondent no.2 and had made his submission on 29.08.2023 was Mr. KM Hassan, Advocate and not Mr. J. Das, Advocate as recorded in the judgment and order dated 03.10.2023 passed in Crl. Appeal no.200/2013.

This order shall be read together with the judgment dated 03.10.2023 passed in Crl. A.200/2013.
