Heard Mr. R. Dhar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. M.Z. Ahmed, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. A.M. Dutta, learned counsel for the respondents.

It is submitted by Mr. M.Z. Ahmed that a review petition has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 19.02.2018 passed in WP(C) No.883/2017. The matter has been listed before the appropriate Court.
