Heard Dr. N. Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. R. Sarma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2.

Mr. Sarma submits that the respondent No.2 also preferred one criminal revision Page No.# 2/2

petition, against the same judgment and order passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (FTC) No.4, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati, being the Crl. Revision Petition No.542/2022 and as such both the petitions are required to be heard together and accordingly prayed for tag this revision petition along with the Crl. Revision Petition No.542/2022.

Prayer of Mr. Sarma is allowed.

Accordingly it is provided that the Registry shall tag this petition with the Crl. Revision Petition No.542/2022 and list the same on 06.06.2023.
