Mr. N. Mahajan, learned counsel appears for the petitioner submits that whether it is a complete charge-sheet Page No.# 2/2

or a part charge-sheet, that information is necessary to adjudicate the rights of the petitioner in view of the recent Judgments passed by the Apex Court.

Accordingly, let the matter be listed again on 8 th May, 2023. Meanwhile, Registry is to requisition the scanned copy of the charge-sheet filed vide charge-sheet No. 44/2023 dated 20.04.2023 stated to have been filed in the matter pending before the learned Chief Judicial magistrate, Kamrup (M) in connection with Bharalumukh Police Station Case No. 41/2023.
