Heard Mr. S.K. Goswami, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. A. R. Agarwala, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

By this appeal under Section 173 of the MV Act, the appellant Insurance Company has prayed for setting aside and quashing of the Judgment and Award, dated 06.06.2022 passed by the learned Member, MACT No. 2, Kamrup (M) in MAC Case No. 2855/2019.

The appeal is admitted subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount before the Registry of this Court.
