Heard Mr. R Dhar, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate for the applicant.

2. We also requested the presence of Mr. B D Das, learned senior counsel who had Page No.# 2/2

appeared for the writ petitioner Bina Babu Singha in WP(C) No. 7590/2022.

3. By the judgment and order dated 05.12.2022 in WP(C) No. 7590/2022 the Secretary to the Government of Assam in the Transformation and Development Department was required to pass a fresh order putting it across the independent application of mind of the Secretary for passing an order in favour of sanction against the writ petitioner and the fresh order was required to have been passed within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order dated 05.12.2022 in WP(C) No. 7590/2022.

4. This application is made for an extension of time of seven days granted in the order dated 05.12.2022 in WP(C) No. 7590/2022.

5. Having perused the application and on being satisfied with the reasons for which an extension of time is sought for, we allow the application and grant the applicant, as prayed for, another six weeks time for doing the needful in respect of the order dated 05.12.2022 in WP(C) No. 7590/2022.

I.A. stands allowed as indicated above.
