By this appeal under Section 104 (i) of the CPC, the appellant has prayed for setting aside the impugned order, dated 20.10.2022 passed in Misc. (A) 04/2018 by the learned Civil Judge, Barpeta and also for stay of the Ex-parte judgment and decree, dated 13.12.2013 and 23.12.2012 passed in Title Suit No. 322/2010.

Issue notice to the respondents by registered A/D post within 5 days.

Call for the records.

Till the returnable date, the operation of the ex-parte Judgement and Decree, dated 13.12.2013 and 23.12.2012 passed in Title Suit No. 322/2010 shall remain stayed.
