This is a jail appeal praying for setting aside the judgment dated 01.12.2022, passed by the learned Special Judge, udalguri in Special (NDPS) Case No. 15/2021, by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 15 years and to pay a fine of Rs. 1,00,000/-, in default simple imprisonment Page No.# 2/2

for 6 (six) months.
