This appeal has been filed against the impugned judgment dated 27.10.2017 passed in Sessions (T1) Case No.361(N)/2012 convicting the Page No.# 2/2

appellant and one Md. Abdul Motlib under Section 302/34 IPC. Md. Abdul Motlib filed Criminal Appeal No.37/2018 against the impugned judgment and the same has been allowed, vide judgment and order dated 22.04.2019.

Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appears for the State.
