Heard Mr. A. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. R.D. Majumdar, learned counsel for the respondent Insurance Company.

This application has been filed praying for withdrawal of 50% of the amount, which was deposited in the Registry of this Court by the Insurance Company.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the Registry is directed to release only an amount of Rs. 1,36,000/- to the applicant/claimant upon proper verification.

It is also directed that the observation regarding fixed deposit as mentioned in the judgment of the Tribunal shall not come into way in disbursal of the aforesaid amount.

With the above direction, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
