This criminal revision petition is filed under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgment and order dated 12.05.2023 passed in Misc. Case No. 09/2022 by the learned Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (M), Dhakuakhana, Lakhimpur.
