11.08.2023 Heard Shri SK Muktar, learned counsel for the petitioners, who by means of the petition has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 05.09.2022 passed by this Page No.# 2/2

Court in WP(C)/554/2017. The learned counsel has referred to the application dated 12.10.2022 whereby copy of the judgment was forwarded to the respondent for compliance despite which no action has been taken.

Issue Notice, returnable by 6(six) weeks.

Let steps for service of notice upon the sole respondent be taken by registered post with A/D. Steps within three days.
