Heard Mr. S.K. Goswami, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Also heard Mr. B.K. Jain, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1,2,3 & 5 and Mr. R. De, learned counsel for the respondent No. 6.

This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act read with Section 173(1) of M.V. Act, 1988 for condonation of delay of 411 days of delay in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 22.06.2016 passed by the learned Member, MACT No. 1, Kamrup in MAC Case No. 2465/2007.

The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that they have no objection if the delay in preferring the connected appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

The connected MAC Appeal be listed for admission hearing in the next week. The I.A.(Civil) stands disposed of.
