Heard Shri K. Gogoi, learned C.G.C. appearing for the applicant - appellant.

The connected appeal which has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated Page No.# 2/2

28.04.2023 passed by the learned Railway Claims Tribunal, Guwahati Bench in Original Application No. O.A. III/151/2013 has been admitted today, i.e., 09.08.2023.

By this present application, a prayer for stay in respect of the judgment and order dated 28.04.2023 has been made.

Shri Gogoi, the learned counsel has submitted that there are good grounds of appeal and the same is required to be stayed in the interest of justice. After considering the aforesaid prayer, this Court is of the opinion that a conditional stay may be granted.

Accordingly, it is directed that the impugned judgment and order dated 28.04.2023 passed by the learned Railway Claims Tribunal, Guwahati Bench in Original Application No. O.A. III/151/2013 shall remain stayed subject to the conditions of deposit of the amount in the Registry of this Court within 2 (two) months from today.

Interlocutory Application accordingly stands disposed of.
