The instant interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant (respondent in the Mat. Appeal) seeking a direction for execution of the judgment dated 09.04.2014 whereby, the connected appeal being Mat. Appeal No.13/2014 was decided.

Needless to say that process of execution of the judgment passed inter-se between the parties have to be filed before the concerned Family Court.
