Heard Mr. S. Dutta, learned counsel for the applicant, who prays that the operation of the judgment and award dated 10-06-2022, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Barpeta, in MAC Case No. 306 of 2020 may be stayed. He further submits that the applicant is ready to deposit 50% of the awarded amount.

In view of above, the operation of the judgment and award dated 10-06- 2022, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Barpeta, in MAC Case No. 306 of 2020, is stayed subject to deposit of 50% of the awarded amount with the Registry of this Court within six weeks from the date of this order.

The interlocutory application accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
