Date : 31.10.2022

Office note dated 12.10.2022 states that no step for service of notice upon the respondent has been taken by the review petitioners.

Mr. S. Chamaria, learned counsel for the review petitioners, on the other hand submits that there was some defect in the steps taken by the petitioners and today, they have corrected the defect.

In the Order dated 08.09.2022 passed in I.A(C) No. 2681/2022, this Court had directed that the impugned Judgment & Order dated 06.04.2022 would be stayed subject to deposit of Rs. 4 Lakhs in the Registry of this Court.

Office note dated 21.09.2022 passed in I.A(C) No. 2681/2022 states that an amount of Rs. 4 Lakhs had been deposited by the review petitioners vide Cheque/DD 048225 dated 19.09.2022 (Indian Bank, Guwahati).

In view of the above, list the matter after 3 (three) weeks.
