Heard Mr. R.K. Bhatra, learned counsel representing the appellant. The appeal, under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, is preferred challenging the Judgment and Award dated 28-10-2021, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No. 1, Tinsukia, in MAC Case No. 36 of 2017.

The appeal is admitted for hearing. Issue notice.

The appellant shall, within seven days from today, take steps for service of notice upon the respondents, by registered post with A/D Card as well as under usual process.
