This revision petition, under Section 397 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is directed against the judgment and order, dated 01.06.2019, passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Page No.# 2/2

Bongaigaon in NICR Case No. 19/2017, whereby, the learned Court below has convicted the petitioner under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, and sentenced him to pay a fine of Rs. 2,50,000/- with default stipulation and also against the judgment and order dated 04.10.2021, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Bongaigaon, in Criminal Appeal No. 22/2019, whereby, the learned Court below has dismissed the Appeal preferred by the appellant and uphold the conviction passed by the learned additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bongaigaon, in judgment and order, dated 01.06.2019, in NICR Case No. 19/2017.

Heard Mr. B. J. Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Let notice be issued to the respondent, returnable in 4 (four) weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall take steps for causing service of notice upon respondent by registered post with A/D as well as by usual process within a week from today.

Also, call for the record from the learned Court below.
