The impugned judgment and order dated 08.04.2022 passed by the ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Barpeta in FC(Crl)285/2020 shall remain stayed till disposal of the revision petition. The petitioner is directed to pay Rs.6,000/- as monthly maintenance to the respondent.
