The instant appeal has been filed under Section 23 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 against the judgment and order dated 03.12.2021 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Guwahati Bench (Tribunal) in OA No. 21/2011.

By the aforesaid said judgment, the Tribunal has allowed the claim of the respondents by directing payment of Rs. 2,136/- with 6% simple interest.

Ms. C Saha, learned counsel submits that they have been instructed to appear on behalf of the claimants and would be filing the formal Vakalatnama shortly. As such, service of notice upon the respondents .
