                                        ORDER

28-06-2022 This is an application under Section 152 Cr.PC, 1908 for correction of typographical error in the Judgment and Award dated 10.12.2021 passed by this court in MAC Appeal No. 131/2016.

Heard learned counsel for both the sides. It is submitted that in the first paragraph of the judgment and order dated 10.12.2021 passed in MAC Case No. 131/2016, there is a typographical error where the case number was wrongly typed out as MAC Appl No. 131/2016 instead of MAC Appl No. 1654/2009.

The learned counsel for the claimant, Mr. K. K. Dutta does not have any objection regarding the correction of the typographical error.

Accordingly, a prayer is made for correction of the aforesaid typographical mistakes.

Prayer made is accepted.

Let the description of the petitioner be corrected. This order may form part of the order dated 10.12.2021. IA stands disposed of.
