By this application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for grant of leave to prefer an appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 26.10.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kamrup(M), Guwahati in C.R. Case no. 418/2017.

Upon consideration of the averments made in the application along with the grounds of appeal cited in the memo of appeal vide CNR No. GAHC010215882021, Filing No. Crl.L.P.9882/2021, this Court finds that the matter needs adjudication and as such, the application is allowed.
