Heard Mr. J. Kalita, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant as well as Mr. K. K. Bhatra, learned counsel for the respondent.

By this application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, the applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 202 days in preferring the connected appeal against the Judgment and Order, dated 31.10.2017 passed in MAC Case No. 56/2016 by the learned Member, MACT, Nalbari.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for both sides and considering the grounds cited in the petition, the delay of 202 days in preferring the connected appeal is hereby condoned.

Registry to register the connected appeal and list the same.
