This is an application for stay/suspension of the judgment and award dated 05.07.2019 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagaon in MAC Case No. 481/2014.

As the connected appeal is admitted by this court, the operation of the judgment and award dated 05.07.2019 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagaon in MAC Case No. 481/2014 shall remain stayed subject to deposit of Rs. 8,00,000/- of the awarded amount before the Registry of this court within a period of four weeks.
