Heard Mr. R. K. Bhatra, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant.

This is an application for dispensing with filing of the certified copy of the judgment and award dated 28.09.2018, as the certified copy has already been filed in an Analogous Appeal filed against the judgment and award arising out in MAC Case No.2194/2013.

I have heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. Taking into consideration that the learned Tribunal by a common judgment and award disposed of 4 MAC cases, the leave so sought for is accordingly granted.

With above observations and directions, the instant Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
