By this criminal petition under Section 482 of the CrPC, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to record the statement of eye witness Imran Hussain ( the 10 years son of the deceased) in connection with Nagarbera PS Case No.142/2021 under Section 120 B/302/34 of the IPC corresponding to GR No. 958 (K)/2021.
