                                            ORDER

Date : 27.09.2021 Heard Mr. H.A. Sarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner. This is a revision petition filed by the petitioner, Md. Rahmat Ali being aggrieved by the Judgment and Order dated Page No.# 2/2

31.03.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hojai, Sankardev Nagar, Assam in connection with MR Case No. 332/2017 whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.2500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred) only per month to the respondent namely, Smti. Jusnara Begum as maintenance allowance with effect from the date of making the main application.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inspite of the order dated 31.03.2021 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hojai, Sankardev Nagar, Assam, no amount in terms of the order has yet been deposited.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit the amount mentioned in the order with effect from 31.03.2021 till today and furnish a copy of the proof of deposit before this Court, pursuant to which appropriate orders will be passed by this Court. Meanwhile, issue Notice Returnable within 4 (four) weeks.

The steps on the respondent be taken by usual course and by Registered Post with A/D within a period of one week from today. Upon filing of an affidavit of proof of deposit, the interim orders if any will be passed by the Court.

List this matter again after 4 (four) weeks.
