Heard Shri NK Kalita, learned counsel for the applicants / petitioners, who have filed this interlocutory application for impleadment of one Shri Bibhash Modi, the present Director, Social Welfare Department, Assam as respondent no. 5.

Shri Kalita, learned counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to the notice dated 02.08.2021 served upon the present incumbent whereby the judgment and order dated 21.09.2018 passed in WP(C)/5352/2015 was brought to his notice and compliance thereof was requested. The principal requisites for filing the impleadment application apparently being fulfilled, the instant interlocutory application is allowed by impleading Shri Bibhash Page No.# 3/3

Modi, the present Director, Social Welfare Department, Assam as respondent no. 5 in the connected contempt petition.
