Heard Mr. A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. B. Bhuyan,

learned Addl. P.P. Assam appearing for the State.

This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 10-02-2021 passed by

the court of learned Sessions Judge, Barpeta in connection with Sessions Case No. 23/2014

convicting the appellants under Section 302 IPC and sentencing him to undergo rigorous

imprisonment for life and also to pay fine.

Admit the appeal.

Call for the LCR.

Issue notice returnable in 06 weeks.
