This application is filed by the appellant-applicant seeking to allow him to remain on previous bail, granted by the learned Court below.

The sentence imposed upon the appellant vide judgment, dated 28-03-2018, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Golaghat, in Sessions Case No. 188/2011, is suspended till disposal of the connected Crl. A. No. 207/2018. The interlocutory application stands disposed of accordingly.
