Heard Mr. J.P. Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. B. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.

By the judgment and order dated 26.11.2019 passed in WP(C) 3786/2017, this Court directed to complete the entire exercise in terms of the directions contained therein within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order.

Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit-in-opposition by the respondent nos. 2 and 3 on 18.11.2020 and the situation emerged due to COVID-19 Pandemic, this Court considers it appropriate that the matter be listed on 01.03.2021 enable the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to file a rejoinder-affidavit as regards the steps taken for compliance of the order since 18.11.2020.

List the matter accordingly on 01.03.2021.
