This appeal from jail is preferred against the judgment and order dated 03.03.2020 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Goalpara, in Sessions Case No.74/2018.

Mr. M. Phukan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, is present.

Admit the appeal.

Requisition be issued for despatch of lower court records immediately.

Registry will issue notice to the complainant/informant through the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.
