Heard Mr. A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 04-01-2021 passed by the

learned Sessions Judge, Bongaigaon in connection with Sessions Case No. 17(M)/2019

convicting the appellant under Sections 376(D)/34 IPC and sentencing him to undergo

R.I. for 20 years and also to pay a fine of Rs. 30,000/- with default clause.

We have perused the grounds taken in the memo of appeal.

Admit the appeal.
