                                           ORDER

08-02-2021 Shri B. Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this case has been listed today along with few other cases, the issue involved is not similar to the other cases.

While the bunch of other cases pertains to pre-matured retirement in exercise of Rule 48 (1) (b) of the Central Civil Service (Pension) Rules,1972 read with the Assam Rifles Rules, 2010, the case in hand pertains to retirement on medical grounds.

He further submits that a series of cases with the subject matter of retirement on medical grounds have been heard and judgment is reserved.

In that view of the matter, this case stands segregated and be listed after judgment is delivered in the bunch of cases which have already been heard.
