Heard Mr. D. He also submits that though the petitioners are getting the minimum pay scale in terms of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in State of Assam vs. Upen Das and 836 Others, WA No.45/2014, the petitioners are entitled to have their service regularized. This Court has noticed that appointment orders of the petitioners have not been annexed in writ petition. The petitioners' counsel shall produce the same on the next date.
