                          JUDGMENT                (ORAL)

1. The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 873/2021 of PS S.P. Badli for offence under Section 302/34 IPC. The interim bail is sought solely on the ground that the accused/applicant needs medical treatment for piles suffered by him. As reflected from Status Report dated 06.05.2025 filed before the learned Trial Court while similar application was being dealt with, the jail doctor reported that appropriate medical treatment is already being administered to the accused/applicant and his medical condition is stable.

2. Further, learned APP accepting notice submits that piles is not such an ailment, for which the accused/applicant be granted bail, that too in the

3. In view of the aforesaid, I find no reason to grant interim bail to the accused/applicant. The application is dismissed.

4. However, the jail authorities are directed to ensure best possible medical treatment to the accused/applicant and for compliance, a copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent. Pending application stands disposed of.
